CLASSES

MUSCLE-QUIVERING, HEART-PUMPING, TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. 

TREAD + BED

15 minutes on the Treadmill, interval sprints. Followed by 45 minutes of High Intensity Pilates. 

REFORMER45

45 minutes of High Intensity Pilates based resistance training, that incorporates cardio, endurance, strength training, and flexibility.  

BEGINNERS SCUPLT

45 minutes of beginners High Intensity Pilates. This class will cater to the newer students learning how to maneuver around the reformer. It will teach the basics of form which in turn help to gain mobility, flexibility and strength.

JUST RUN

30 minutes of HEART PUMPING SPRINTS. A Quick and efficient way to burn fat, create mind body coordination, decrease inflammation, while increasing brain plasticity and blood flow.

This class will cater to the ALL levels of students. Cardio conditioning.
